Après une première approche des constituants plastiques comme la répétition d'un motif, le fond et la forme, nous avons travaillé sur les évocations souvent très figuratives de ces tissus. Les élèves ont ainsi pu s'approprier et développer à leur guise le tissu qu'ils ont choisi.
Après avoir découpé un certain nombre d'éléments dans ces mêmes tissus mis en commun ensuite, les élèves les ont assemblés et collés sur leurs supports. Certains ont poursuivi leur composition à la peinture.
Les résultats sont riches et variés, à la mesure des tissus qui les ont inspirés, du motif décoratif à l'histoire que l'on raconte...
